LGD-4033 is the strongest of the widely used SARMs for adding size, and the most suppressive with it. It binds the androgen receptor with high affinity in muscle and bone and produces clear jumps in mass and strength. Unusually for a SARM it also holds some water, which is why gains on it look fuller than on RAD-140.

Who is LGD4033 10 for?

Experienced users bulking or recomposing who want the strongest SARM for size and will run a proper post-cycle protocol.

It is not a first SARM. Ostarine is where to start. The same compound is also sold as an injectable, which avoids first-pass liver metabolism.

Before you run it. SARMs suppress your own testosterone and they need post-cycle therapy. The idea that they do not is the most expensive piece of misinformation in this category. They are more selective than steroids, which means fewer androgenic side effects, not an absence of suppression. Plan post-cycle therapy before you start and get bloodwork before and after, including lipids and liver markers, both of which SARMs move. LGD-4033 is the most suppressive SARM in common use. Human trials found measurable testosterone suppression at doses as low as 1mg a day, which is a tenth of what people typically run, so expect a full shutdown and plan accordingly. It also causes some water retention, which is unusual for a SARM and catches people out, and it lowers HDL cholesterol. Check lipids and liver markers before and after. Not for beginners.
